Know the Rules of the Games
SIGA Rewards Gaming Statement
- SIGA can provide SIGA Rewards members with a standard statement of their recorded slot gaming activities if they complete a ‘Request for Gaming Information’ form at any SIGA Casino or SIGA Central Office.
- Recorded slot information can be made available to the account holder only. Members may request gaming information on slot play for the previous 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months’ timeframe only.
- All requests are sent to SIGA’s Privacy Officer for acceptance and authorization. Within 30 days, the Request for SIGA Rewards Gaming Statement will be completed and mailed to the casino Guest Services department for pick up in-person by the account holder.
- The member must present government photo ID and sign a form prior to receiving their gaming statement.
