As previously communicated, all SIGA facilities will remain closed temporarily until the Public Health Order is lifted and we are advised we can safely resume operations.
During this time of suspended operations, please be advised that all VPN, email and building access will also be suspended for employees, outside of the small number of team members identified to help protect our assets, maintain operating systems, and guide the company through this difficult period.
This access suspension will take effect at 5 p.m. (CST) today, March 27, and applies to all casinos and Central Office. Employee permissions will be reinstated as you are recalled to return to work.
Please note: Impacted employee accounts will not be disabled and all of your data will remain intact.
Collection of Personal Belongings and Return of Corporate Assets
All employees are required to return any SIGA property (keys, laptops, etc.); you may also collect any personal belongings you need. These pick up and drop off times will commence next week, Monday, March 30, 2020 during scheduled times (please see below); for your convenience you may choose to drop off SIGA property at your home casino, the nearest SIGA casino or Central Office.
Employees may keep their uniforms and tags (SLGA registration and access cards) while on leave. Please note that SIGA is practicing social distancing, so only a few employees will be allowed on site at a time. If you are sick or have been in contact with someone that has COVID-19 please stay away from SIGA property until your quarantine period is completed. Anyone who shows up showing any symptoms of illness will be denied access to our facilities.
Starting Monday, March 30, 2020 please make arrangements to arrange drop off of SIGA property or pick up of your personal belongings by calling the casino MOD phone or the Central Office HR Call Centre.
Casinos – pick up or drop off to occur between the hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Central Office – pick up or drop off to occur between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
