May 4-15, 2026, is the Spring Edition of “Responsible Gambling Awareness Week” in Saskatchewan.
Responsible Gambling Awareness Week was created to raise awareness of the risks involved when gambling and to provide information on the resources available in Saskatchewan to assist individuals in making informed decisions about their gambling.
SIGA will have an information table for RG Awareness Week set up at SIGA Casinos which will provide patrons with information and resources to identify and minimize risky gambling behaviours. There will also be information about where patrons can seek help with problem gambling, brochures with information on gambling myths, and general information about the randomness of the games.
Visitors to the booths will also have the chance to fill out an online RG Survey at the information tables for a chance to win a $100 Visa Gift Card.
Join us on the following dates and we will be providing RG information and giving away promotional items:
- May 4-5: Bear Claw Casino & Hotel near Carlyle, and Gold Horse Casino in Lloydminster
- May 6-7: Painted Hand Casino in Yorkton
- May 6-8: Northern Lights Casino in Prince Albert
- May 11-13: Gold Eagle Casino in North Battleford, and Living Sky Casino in Swift Current
- May 14-15: Dakota Dunes Casino near Saskatoon
Since the first SIGA Casinos opened in 1996, SIGA has been committed to being a socially responsible corporate citizen. SIGA’s guests have access to resources and information, so they can make informed gambling decisions. ALL SIGA Casinos have national RG Check accreditation from the Responsible Gambling Council of Canada.
The guiding principles of Miyo-wîcêhtowin (fostering good relations) and Tâpwêwin (speaking with precision and accuracy) are reflected in Responsible Gambling Awareness Week.
